Removing Replai from your Facebook account automatically triggers a deletion request — you do not need to email us:

1. Go to Facebook and open Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
3. Find Replai in the list and choose Remove.
4. Facebook notifies us, we delete your data, and Facebook shows you a link back to this page with a confirmation code.

• Disconnect a Page from the Pages area of the dashboard. This revokes our access token and stops further message processing for that Page.
• Email us to delete your account at delgersaikhan.alt@gmail.com from the address on your account. We verify the request and act on it within 30 days.

When we process a deletion request for your Facebook account, we permanently remove:

• The Facebook Pages you connected, including their access tokens.
• Messenger conversations and message content stored for those Pages, including sender IDs (PSIDs) and contact names.
• Automations, automation run history, Business Memory entries, and any AI provider keys saved for those Pages.
• Raw webhook event logs recorded for those Pages.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may retain limited records where we are required to by law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If anything is unclear, or a deletion request did not complete, email us at delgersaikhan.alt@gmail.com with your confirmation code and we will finish the deletion manually.
